Job Summary
Were looking for a highly capable trustworthy and proactive Assistant to act as an extension of the leadership team. Youll be stepping into strategic tasks managing crossfunctional projects and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in the CEOs world. If youre highly organized businesssavvy and comfortable taking initiative this is your opportunity to work closely with top leadership and make a real impact.
Act as the CEOs right hand managing their schedule inbox priorities and key communications
Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO; take notes follow up on action items and ensure deliverables are met
Manage crossdepartmental projects timelines and team alignment on company goals
Handle highlevel correspondence internal memos and confidential documents with discretion
Oversee the flow of studio operations helping ensure everything is on track and
delivered without delay
Assist with sourcing materials or handling daytoday errands as needed
Step into internal leadership support roles in the CEOs absence
Serve as the main point of contact for customers: taking orders processing
payments responding to messages and addressing concerns professionally
Manage and update our Shopify store keeping orders accurate and up to date
Record all incoming orders and coordinate them with the workshop for production
Communicate directly with tailors: manage schedules track timelines and ensure
smooth workflow
Schedule the employers calendar: meetings appointments and studiorelated tasks
Seek out industry connections and opportunities for popups exhibitions and events
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confident with basic tech: Google Sheets Shopify (training can be provided)
Comfortable with customer interaction and followup
Reliable proactive and detailoriented
Ability to manage time well and juggle multiple responsibilities
