We are seeking an experienced Specialist – Business Intelligence with strong hands-on expertise in the Yardi platform particularly Yardi Voyager 7S to join our client's Corporate IT team in Doha Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Yardi administration configuration reporting and technical support along with strong skills in Power BI and SQL. The role involves optimizing Yardi systems developing customized reports and dashboards managing integrations and providing technical support to business users across real estate and property management operations.

• Administer configure and provide technical support for the Yardi platform including Voyager 7S Elevate Construction and Residential modules.

• Develop and maintain customized Yardi notifications workflows reporting templates and Yardi Standard Reports (YSR).

• Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports in an on-premise environment integrating data from Yardi.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries functions and scripts for reporting and data analysis.

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver system enhancements customized reports and dashboards.

• Monitor Yardi database performance data integrity and integrations with other business systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Yardi system issues ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Manage technical enhancements and small IT projects independently from requirements gathering to implementation.

• Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to ensure effective system support and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT preferably in real estate or property management.

• Proven hands-on experience in Yardi Voyager and/or Yardi Property Management modules.

• Strong experience in Yardi system administration configuration and technical support.

• Yardi: Expert knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S Elevate Construction and Residential modules including administration and configuration.

• Power BI: Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI in an on-premise environment.

• SQL: Advanced knowledge of complex SQL queries functions and database management.

• Reporting: Experience developing customized reports workflows notifications and Yardi Standard Reports.

• Integration: Knowledge of database integrity system performance and integration with other applications.

• Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with business users.

• Project Management: Ability to independently manage technical assignments and small projects.

• Experience working in real estate property management or property development companies.

• Strong functional and technical understanding of property management operations.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver effective technical solutions.

• A proactive analytical and customer-focused approach to system administration and support.
