What you will be doing:

• Deliver professional and personalized spa treatments massages and wellness services according to MGallery standards
• Consult with guests to understand their needs preferences and wellness goals before each treatment
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual guest requirements
• Create a calm welcoming and comfortable environment throughout the guests spa journey
• Ensure all treatment rooms equipment and spa areas are clean hygienic organized and properly prepared
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming hygiene and professional appearance
• Ensure guest privacy comfort and wellbeing are respected at all times
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on treatments products and wellness practices
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all spa procedures and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the Spa Supervisor
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and assist colleagues when required
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate any concerns to the supervisor when necessary
• Contribute to creating thoughtful personalized moments that reflect the unique spirit of MGallery
• Embody the MGallery spirit through warm discreet attentive and refined service

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Professional certification or qualification in Massage Therapy Spa Therapy Beauty Therapy or a related field
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel resort or wellness environment is an asset
• Good knowledge of massage techniques spa treatments and wellness practices
• Warm caring and professional personality with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and anticipate guest needs while maintaining professionalism and discretion
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage appointments and treatment schedules effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required
• Professional grooming and a positive attitude at all times
