Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Manage the companys social media platforms including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok YouTube and X (Twitter).
  
• Create high-quality content including graphics videos reels and promotional posts for property listings and corporate branding.
  
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
  
• Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta Google Ads LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  
• Optimize website content and implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
  
• Coordinate with photographers videographers and designers to produce marketing materials.
  
• Support branding initiatives property launches exhibitions and promotional events.
  
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
  
• Stay updated with social media trends competitor activities and digital marketing best practices.
  
• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the companys brand guidelines.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Mass Communication Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Minimum 23 years of experience in social media and digital marketing within the real estate industry (mandatory).
  
• Preferred nationality: Indian.
  
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite Google Ads Google Analytics and social media management tools.
  
• Experience with Canva Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro or similar content creation software.
  
• Good understanding of SEO SEM email marketing and lead generation strategies.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
