Site Supervisor (Urgent req)

Mosanada is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and site activities across facilities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians and subcontractors coordinating maintenance activities ensuring quality standards and supporting smooth facility operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Facilities Management (FM) building maintenance MEP services or large facilities with proven site supervision and manpower coordination experience.

• Supervise daily site operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and allocate work to technicians supervisors subcontractors and maintenance teams.
• Monitor MEP HVAC electrical plumbing civil and general building maintenance activities as applicable.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed within agreed schedules.
• Monitor work quality and ensure maintenance activities comply with approved procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance issues defects and required corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients facility management teams contractors and subcontractors.
• Review work orders and ensure timely completion and closure.
• Monitor manpower materials tools and equipment requirements.
• Maintain daily reports maintenance records checklists and site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements permit-to-work procedures and site safety standards.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to agreed requirements.
• Support planned shutdowns events inspections and special maintenance activities.
• Ensure the site is maintained to required operational safety and housekeeping standards.
• Escalate major technical issues and operational concerns to the relevant management team.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Facilities Management Building Services or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in site supervision or facilities management.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in FM MEP building maintenance stadiums sports facilities hotels malls commercial buildings or large-scale facilities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and site coordination.
• Experience supervising technicians subcontractors and maintenance teams.
• Ability to read and understand MEP/building services drawings.
• Good knowledge of HSE and permit-to-work procedures.
• Strong communication coordination and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities and urgent breakdowns.
• Immediate joiners / candidates available in Qatar preferred.
