Site Lead

Responsibilities:

• Adherence to quality health & safety information security and business continuity policies.
• Plan coordinate and supervise daily recycling site operations ensuring continuity of production and
efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure the recycling yard plant and material handling areas are operated in a controlled safe and orderly
manner.
• Oversee crusher operations material processing methods and production output to ensure compliance with
QCS and internal quality standards.
• Monitor production targets material availability and dispatch schedules to meet approved operational
plans and customer requirements.
• Ensure approved Recycling Operations materials are available in line with test results joint sampling
approvals and confirmed sales orders.
• Coordinate joint inspections sampling and material release activities with Quality teams laboratories and
customer representatives.
• Supervise yard logistics truck loading activities and weighbridge operations to ensure accuracy and
compliance.
• Ensure operational readiness availability and safe use of recycling equipment and mobile machinery.
• Coordinate planned and corrective maintenance activities and escalate equipment breakdowns or
production risks in a timely manner.
• Monitor equipment performance and operational discipline to minimize downtime and inefficiencies.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations site rules and environmental controls across all site activities.

• Conduct routine site inspections to identify safety hazards quality deviations or operational risks.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly in coordination with HSSEQ and Quality teams.
• Report incidents near misses non-conformities and operational deviations to the Recycling Operations
Senior Manager.
• Maintain accurate site records related to production manpower equipment status and incidents.
• Provide daily updates and periodic reports on site performance challenges and improvement actions.
• Coordinate closely with Operations Engineer Quality HSSEQ and administrative teams for seamless site
execution.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Recycling Operations Senior Manager in line with business and
operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Civil Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of site-based experience in recycling quarrying construction materials or heavy industrial
operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or site-lead role managing manpower and production activities.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
