Senior Treasury Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Accountant Liquidity & Analytics to manage the companys liquidity position forecast funding requirements and provide management with timely Treasury analysis and clear recommendations.

Prepare and analyze the daily consolidated fund and liquidity position
Monitor balances across multiple banks accounts and currencies
Analyze available balances facilities limits and utilization
Prepare daily weekly and short-term cash flow and liquidity forecasts
Analyze expected inflows outflows settlements and operational funding requirements
Forecast currency demand using historical trends and expected business activity
Identify anticipated liquidity shortages and surpluses
Recommend transfers funding allocations and FX actions
Analyze branch and operational funding requirements
Monitor correspondent and settlement-bank positions
Prepare the daily morning Treasury report for CFO review
Develop automated Treasury dashboards and management reports
Provide functional guidance to the Treasury Operations Accountant
Monitor compliance with Treasury limits controls and procedures
Convert large volumes of bank and operational data into clear management recommendations within strict deadlines

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 5 years of relevant Treasury or Banking experience
Strong practical experience in liquidity management and cash-flow forecasting
Experience managing multiple banks accounts and currencies
Strong understanding of FX positions settlement cycles value dates and banking facilities
Previous experience in an Exchange House Remittance Company Bank or regulated financial institution is strongly preferred
Qatar/GCC financial-services experience is an advantage
CMA qualification or CMA Part 1 completed is preferred
Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas PivotTables Power Query financial modelling scenario analysis and automated reporting
Advanced Power BI skills including Power Query data modelling DAX dashboard development and management reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with large volumes of data quickly and accurately
Strong communication and English report-writing skills
