Senior Tile Fixer Working Chargehand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fixing porcelain ceramic and large-format tiles as well as the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct a team of tile fixing workers while remaining hands-on with the work.
Set-out measure align and control levels to ensure precise and accurate tile installation.
Utilize your knowledge of tile installation methods materials and finishing standards to ensure high-quality work.
Ensure that all work is completed according to drawings specifications and required quality standards.
Pay close attention to detail and have the ability to identify and rectify any installation issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in fixing porcelain ceramic and large-format tiles.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Skilled in setting-out measurements alignment and level control.
Previous experience supervising and directing tile fixing workers.
In-depth knowledge of tile installation methods materials and finishing standards.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and rectify installation issues.
