Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity awareness security training information security or a related discipline. Proven experience designing and delivering security awareness programs campaigns workshops and user-focused cybersecurity training. Strong ability to create training materials such as presentations videos quizzes newsletters and awareness communications. Experience planning and managing phishing simulation campaigns and analyzing results to improve employee awareness and behavior. Good understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST including awareness-related reporting requirements. CompTIA Security SSAP or an equivalent industry-recognized cybersecurity certification is preferred.
