Senior Resident Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Resident Engineer Road & Infrastructure Works to lead manage and supervise major road and infrastructure construction activities for the Project.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise road and infrastructure construction activities.
• Manage and provide technical direction to the site supervision team.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings specifications standards QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Supervise earthworks pavement asphalt drainage utilities kerbs and associated works.
• Review drawings method statements material submissions and inspection requests.
• Monitor contractor performance quality progress and compliance with project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors consultants client survey teams and other stakeholders.
• Verify levels alignment setting-out testing and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
• Maintain site records reports and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• BSc BEng BA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant road and infrastructure experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Resident Engineer/Resident Engineer on major road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in roads highways drainage utilities and civil works.
• Valid UPDA/MMUP Required.
• Professional License Required.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership contractor management communication and problem-solving skills.
