Key Responsibilities:

• Provide presales technical support to the sales team consultants and contractors for HVAC and air conditioning systems.

• Perform HVAC equipment selection and system application including split Units Ducted Units DX-AHU packaged units VRF System and accessories.

• Review project specifications drawings and BOQs to ensure technical compliance with standards and client requirements.

• Prepare and review technical submittals data sheets compliance statements and deviation lists.

• Support pricing and offer preparation by providing accurate technical inputs and configurations.

• Coordinate with factory product management and quality teams to resolve technical queries and field issues.

• Conduct technical presentations and product training for internal sales teams and external customers when required.

• Maintain uptodate knowledge of products applications industry standards (QCS ASHRAE AHRI) and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• 5 Years of experience with Strong knowledge of HVAC systems air conditioning equipment and applications.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and standards.

• Good communication skills to interface with sales teams consultants contractors and clients.

• Proficiency in HVAC selection software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
