Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Doha Qatar
Employment Type: Outsourcing/Secondment; Long-Term Contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and financial reporting.
• Support and coordinate external audits including providing required schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS requirements.
• Work with ERP systems preferably SAP FI for accounting and financial transactions.
• Perform financial analysis and support management reporting requirements.
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support the finance team in meeting reporting deadlines and maintaining strong internal controls.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred or currently pursuing one (ACCA CPA CA CMA etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC.
• Experience with ERP systems preferably SAP FI.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
