Position Title: Secondary Mathematics Teacher (Grades 9 to 12)

Job Purpose:

Birla Public School is seeking a qualified passionate and experienced Secondary Mathematics Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to students in Grades 9 through 12. The successful candidate will foster a positive learning environment enhance academic excellence in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and prepare students effectively for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Curriculum Delivery: Design plan and deliver engaging and rigorous Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 9 to 12.

  • Exam Preparation: Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE Board Examinations (Class 10 & Class 12) including internal assessments practical work and mock examinations.

  • Classroom Management: Maintain a healthy safe and productive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.

  • Student Evaluation & Mentorship: Regularly assess student performance offer constructive feedback track academic progress and provide remedial support to students needing extra help.

  • Co-Curricular & Administrative Involvement: Participate in school events staff meetings parent-teacher meetings and extra-curricular activities as assigned by school management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics (.)

    • Master’s Degree in Mathematics (.)

    • Bachelor of Education (.) in Mathematics

  • Teaching Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.

  • Grade Experience: Proven track record of teaching Grades 9 to 12 (Secondary & Senior Secondary levels).

  • Age Preference: Maximum 45 years.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills deep subject matter expertise and proficiency in modern educational technology and teaching methodologies.
