Job Summary
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead coach and mentor a team of sales representatives ensuring performance excellence and professional development.
- Conduct regular sales meetings performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships within the accounting and financial services industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and client service teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve client retention.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry events networking forums and client presentations in Doha and surrounding regions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities forecasts and client interactions using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 510 years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in professional services accounting or financial consulting environments.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting services including tax advisory audit bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of Qatars business landscape and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work permit and legal eligibility to work in Qatar.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
