Job Summary

Oversee financial reporting budgeting and forecasting for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards across GCC jurisdictions.
Analyze project costs monitor variances and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support financial planning and execution.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
Support audits and external reporting requirements with precision and professionalism.

Requirements

Professional certification (CPA ACCA CMA) is a plus

Experience in Construction industries in GCC is a must.

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Professional certification (CPA ACCA CMA) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles within the construction industry.
Proven experience working in GCC countries with knowledge of local financial regulations and practices.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
