Registered Nurse – NICU Newborn Care

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Newborn Care to join a leading healthcare provider in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns ensuring patient safety and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
We welcome applications from qualified nurses currently based in Eastern Europe Uzbekistan and Thailand who are interested in relocating to Qatar.
- Provide specialized nursing care to premature critically ill and medically complex newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients recognizing changes in condition and responding appropriately.
- Administer medications intravenous therapy and specialized neonatal treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor neonatal medical equipment including incubators ventilators infusion pumps and patient monitoring systems.
- Assist physicians during neonatal procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate and support parents and families regarding newborn care and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital infection control patient safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with neonatologists pediatricians respiratory therapists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in continuous professional development and clinical education programs.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license/registration in the home country.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
- Proven hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Neonatal Care
- Newborn Nursery
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar.
