Job Summary
- Maintain and repair refrigeration HVAC and chiller systems.
- Diagnose faults in compressors motors controls and electrical components.
- Perform preventive maintenance routine inspections and breakdown repairs.
- Detect refrigerant leaks and carry out necessary repairs safely.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using wiring diagrams.
- Maintain service and maintenance records.
- Technical Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration / HVAC.
- Minimum 34 years of Facility Management experience mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems HVAC and chillers.
- Good knowledge of compressors motors controls and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling leak detection and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams.
- Immediate availability required.
