Refrigeration Supervisor or Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and comprehend schematic diagrams blueprints sketches and technical documentation.
• Oversee and maintain refrigeration systems including ammonia screw compressors evaporative condensers glycol centrifugal pumps compressed air systems and snowmaking systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes health and safety regulations.
• Independently manage assigned tasks lead teams to successful project outcomes and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Utilize SCADA technology effectively for system monitoring and management.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Indepth knowledge of industry standards and technical documentation.
• Expertise in refrigeration systems particularly ammonia screw compressors and related machinery.
• Proficiency in SCADA technology.
• 12 years of working experience in the GCC region.
• Background in snow parks or OEM companies specializing in refrigeration machines.
• Ability to independently lead and manage teams.
• Strong decisionmaking analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Compliancefocused and able to adhere to regulations.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
