Job Summary
Job Title: Receptionist
Job Purpose:
To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers ensuring a professional courteous and efficient frontdesk operation while supporting general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and polite manner

Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately

Manage front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area

Perform basic clerical duties such as typing filing and data entry

Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed

Coordinate correspondence and document handling
Requirements:

Higher Secondary Certificate

Fluent in English and Arabic (read write speak); additional languages a plus

2–3 years of office experience in a similar role

Strong communication and telephone handling skills

Polite wellmannered and presentable (under 40 years of age)

Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
