Job Summary
QUANTITY SURVEYOR CIVIL/ARCHITECTURAL
Client Project: Lusail
Positions: 1 nos.
Experience: 5 years
Contract: 3 Months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tender documents bills of quantities & variation orders for civil/architectural works
Evaluate subcontractor payments process invoices manage final accounts
Conduct cost analysis & monthly cost-to-complete reporting
Manage contractual claims disputes & risk management
Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers/subcontractors
Bachelors in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts & local Qatar construction standards
