QHSE Officer QHSE Coordinator

The QHSE Officer / Coordinator will support the implementation and monitoring of Quality Health Safety and Environmental requirements across FM operations ensuring compliance with company client Qatar and international standards.

• Conduct routine QHSE inspections audits and site assessments.
• Monitor FM activities for compliance with approved safety procedures.
• Identify hazards assess risks and monitor corrective actions.
• Support incident investigation reporting and preventive actions.
• Maintain QHSE documentation records inspections and reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks awareness sessions and safety briefings.
• Coordinate with operations teams management contractors and stakeholders.
• Support implementation of Quality HSE Environmental and Risk Management systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards including ISO 45001 and applicable NFPA requirements.

• Recognized Health & Safety qualification.
• NEBOSH Diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years QHSE experience after obtaining the NEBOSH qualification within similar-sized GCC projects.
• Minimum 2 years experience within Facility Management.
• Strong experience in safety audits inspections risk assessments and site monitoring.
• Good understanding of ISO 45001 NFPA and applicable Qatar requirements.
• Fluent in Arabic and English mandatory.
• Multi-site FM experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication reporting analytical and problem-solving skills.
