QC Inspector-Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of mechanical installation and construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect mechanical equipment piping systems valves and related installations.
• Monitor site activities and identify report and follow up on quality issues and non-conformities.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports checklists Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and other QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with construction teams engineers and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with project requirements applicable codes and Oil & Gas industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years of total experience as a Mechanical Inspector
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar with mechanical inspections QA/QC procedures piping systems mechanical equipment and construction quality standards.
• Knowledge of inspection documentation engineering drawings specifications and applicable industry codes and standards.
