Job Summary
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Authoritys management generally to ensure that key messages are effectively communicated
- Identify and proactively take steps to address areas which are impacting or could impact the Programme generally and individual Projects (planned or operational)
- Assist business units to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant Projects
- Ensure access and equity principles are considered and included in relevant strategies and programs
- Manage stakeholder satisfaction research Projects including developing and implementing strategies for continually improving stakeholder satisfaction across the scheme
- Oversee implementation of the firms access and equity service level agreement with local law / authorities
- Coordinate stakeholder contact through the implementation of a stakeholder contact management system
- Provide content and updates for various levels of management reporting and environmental scanning processes
- Meet with internal and external stakeholders to identify and facilitate the resolution of Programme / Project pathway challenges
- Work closely with regulatory authorities developing and maintaining working relationships
- Act as the Programme / Projects key strategic focal point
- Develop maintain and manage Programme and Project wide stakeholder management plans
- Develop and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies
- Implement the firms stakeholder engagement guidelines
- Manage stakeholder forums meetings and special events
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of 12 years post graduate experience
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects or programmes. Preference will be given to Drainage Pipeline Wastewater Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations TSE Pipelines Surface Ground Water Systems Underground Services and Civil Structures related
- Effective in building good working relationships both internally and with various Project stakeholders
