Project Secretary (DC) Project Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Secretary (DC) / Project Assistant to join our team in Lusail this role you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and contribute to their successful completion.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of project-related activities meetings and schedules
- Manage and maintain project documentation including correspondence reports and presentations
- Implement and oversee document control (DC) procedures to ensure proper filing and retrieval of project information
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes action items and follow-up communications
- Liaise with internal team members and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
- Manage project-related travel arrangements and expense reports
- Support the creation and updating of project timelines budgets and status reports
- Assist in the preparation of project deliverables and presentations
- Maintain and update project databases and filing systems
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the project team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a project secretary or project assistant
- Experience in document control (DC) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Capability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
