Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with construction or MEP experience and strong hands-on SAP knowledge. The role will focus on project coordination SAP transactions procurement documentation client coordination and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with clients consultants suppliers subcontractors and internal teams.

• Handle SAP transactions related to Purchase Requisitions POs LPOs Sales Orders and material procurement.

• Prepare and follow up on supplier quotations quotation comparisons POs LPOs deliveries and pending materials.

• Coordinate client and consultant approvals for material submittals shop drawings RFIs BOQs and technical documents.

• Maintain project trackers document registers correspondence meeting minutes and project records.

• Follow up on procurement material delivery project progress and client requirements.

• Coordinate invoices delivery documents payment certificates and project commercial documents with Finance.

• Prepare project closeout documents including As Built Drawings O&M Manuals warranties certificates and handover documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or a related field.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in construction MEP engineering or project-based trading companies.

• Strong hands-on SAP experience especially POs LPOs Purchase Requisitions Sales Orders and procurement transactions.

• Practical experience with quotations supplier coordination procurement follow-up and material deliveries.

• Strong knowledge of construction project documentation BOQs material submittals RFIs shop drawings and handover documents.

• Experience coordinating directly with clients consultants suppliers and subcontractors.

• Qatar or GCC construction experience is preferred.

• Good Microsoft Excel and communication skills.
