About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and oversee the entire Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects and a strong track record of managing procurement operations strategic sourcing vendor relationships negotiations and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the complete Procurement Department and ensure efficient procurement operations.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and business requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects.

  • Identify evaluate negotiate and manage suppliers and vendors.

  • Oversee purchasing of materials equipment and services in line with project specifications and timelines.

  • Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms.

  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery to support project schedules.

  • Monitor supplier performance quality cost and delivery commitments.

  • Manage procurement budgets cost control and procurement-related risks.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Lead and mentor the procurement team and ensure effective departmental performance.

  • Coordinate closely with Project Engineering Construction Finance and other internal departments.

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies project requirements and applicable standards.

Candidate Profile
  • 18–20 years of overall experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.

  • Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas EPC industry.

  • Proven experience managing the complete Procurement Department/function.

  • Strong experience in procurement for large-scale EPC projects.

  • Excellent supplier management negotiation and commercial skills.

  • Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

  • Good understanding of procurement processes contracts vendor evaluation and cost control.

  • Strong communication coordination and decision-making skills.

  • Local candidates are preferred.
