Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement preferably in project-based or industrial sectors.
Experience in energy infrastructure or engineering projects.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
Knowledge of contract law international sourcing and vendor management best practices.
Responsible for sourcing negotiating and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services aligned with project and business needs.
Execute end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs bid evaluations PO issuance and contract management.
Collaborate with project teams to understand material and service requirements.
Identify and qualify suppliers ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules to optimize value and mitigate risk.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality delivery or invoicing.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.
Support audits and ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
