Poolside Restaurant & Bar Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Al Seef our poolside restaurant & bar.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations maintaining service and sanitation standards and delivering a relaxed yet exceptional guest experience. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor especially during peak periods while continuously driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years experience in Food & Beverage with at least 12 years in a similar role.

Core Responsibilities Managing Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the poolside restaurant & bar
• Ensure service quality cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Support operations on the floor during busy periods
• Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest needs

Leading the Team

• Lead motivate and develop a young and dynamic team
• Act as a role model promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
• Provide coaching guidance and training to improve team performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards

Guest Experience

• Deliver a friendly engaging and memorable guest experience
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Continuously look for ways to enhance service and guest satisfaction
• Be present on the floor and actively interact with guests

People & Performance

• Set clear expectations and monitor team performance
• Support training and development initiatives
• Promote a culture of recognition respect and teamwork

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in cost control inventory and basic financial management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and beverage regulations
• Support overall outlet performance and continuous improvement
