Job Purpose: Provide support in the preparation and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain qualified employees at competitive and cost-effective levels. Support the administration of salaries and wages in accordance with human resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and the disbursement of monthly salaries and wages including allowances benefits promotions transfers contract changes secondments and related adjustments ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll management.
- Review additional employee-related expenses to ensure compliance with personnel policies.
- Develop and maintain accurate compensation data through market research on salaries benefits and allowances including analysis of trends in compensation methodologies.
- Review and update wage salary and HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness alignment and approval. Respond to employee inquiries regarding the interpretation of HR and compensation policies to enhance HR service delivery and meet employee needs.
- Review management reports on a weekly monthly quarterly and annual basis including payroll summaries working hours leave entitlements deductions and related records.
- Review employee end-of-service settlement calculations and related documentation.
- Prepare the annual salary and wage budget.
- Supervise and coordinate employee promotion processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Skills:
- Strong report preparation and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to write clear concise and unambiguous job descriptions and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
