Job Summary
Surface Preparation: Carry out cleaning blasting and priming of surfaces prior to coating application.
Coating Application: Apply protective coatings using brush roller or spray methods in line with project specifications.
Quality Control: Ensure coating thickness curing and finish meet ASTM and project standards.
Maintenance: Perform touch-ups and maintenance painting to prevent corrosion and extend equipment life.
Safety Compliance: Follow offshore HSE standards PPE requirements and permit-to-work systems during painting operations.
Documentation: Record paint usage inspection results and maintain coating logs.
Minimum 35 years of offshore painting/coating experience.
Strong knowledge of surface preparation coating systems and offshore corrosion control.
Ability to read and follow coating specifications and QA/QC procedures.
Familiarity with ASTM and NOC coating standards.
