Job Summary
Key Responsibilities;
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical business and branches.
- Ensure smooth workflow across sales logistics inventory and customer service functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations company policies and quality standards.
- Oversee branch operations and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
- Monitor branch performance staff productivity and customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper stock availability and inventory control.
- Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions pharmacies distributors and key clients.
- Lead motivate and manage operational and branch staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development support.
Qualifications & Requirements;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Business Administration Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience across Middle East in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience handling multiple branches or regional operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.
- Open for all nationalities but Arabic nationality is preferred.
