Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day operations of oil and gas facilities.
•Ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
•Monitor performance budgets and operational costs.
•Maintain high standards of HSE (Health Safety and Environment) compliance.
•Coordinate with engineering maintenance and finance teams.
•Plan and oversee maintenance schedules and plant performance.
•Identify and implement process improvements.
•Lead and motivate operational staff.
•Prepare regular performance and progress reports for management.
•Build strong relationships with partners contractors and authorities.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Operations or a related field.
•8–12 years of experience in oil and gas operations with at least 3–5 years in a management role.
Skills:
•Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
•Good planning and organizational skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
