Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network & Security Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for the administration troubleshooting optimization and security management of Cisco and Palo Alto environments ensuring high availability performance and compliance with organizational security standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Management

  • Configure manage and troubleshoot Cisco switching and routing infrastructure.
  • Monitor and maintain LAN WAN and wireless network environments.
  • Implement network changes upgrades and optimization activities.
  • Conduct network performance analysis and capacity planning.

Security Administration

  • Configure manage and troubleshoot Cisco Firepower/ASA and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Implement and maintain firewall policies NAT VPNs and security controls.
  • Perform security hardening vulnerability remediation and security monitoring.
  • Investigate and resolve network and security incidents.

Identity & Access Control

  • Manage and support Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
  • Configure authentication authorization and accounting (AAA) policies.
  • Implement Network Access Control (NAC) and endpoint compliance policies.

Wireless Infrastructure

  • Configure and administer Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).
  • Support wireless access points and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Optimize wireless coverage and performance.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain network diagrams operational procedures and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards.
  • Support audits and provide technical reports when required.

Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA / CCNP Enterprise
  • CCNP Security
  • Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE
  • Cisco ISE Certification (Preferred)

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
  • Telecommunications or a related field.

Contract Duration
