Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in building construction projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and preparation of MEP shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing drainage firefighting and electrical systems.
Ability to coordinate with site engineers consultants and other disciplines.
Familiar with local authority requirements and project documentation.
Must be able to prepare accurate quantity take-offs for all MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and revise MEP shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate and timely drawing submissions.
Incorporate consultant comments and maintain drawing revisions.
