. MEDICAL BILLER
Responsibilities
Verify patient insurance coverage eligibility and pre-authorization requirements.
Prepare and submit accurate claims in line with hospital and payer procedures.
Track claim status investigate rejections and support resubmissions and appeals.
Maintain billing records and coordinate with patients insurers and hospital departments to resolve billing queries.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Accounting Finance or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience preferably in a hospital.
Knowledge of insurance claims pre-authorizations and payer requirements.
Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital billing or EHR systems.
Strong attention to detail communication and follow-up skills.
Required Skills:
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift carry and move heavy materials; work in confined or elevated spaces. Experience: Previous experience in insulation work is an advantage but not always required for helper roles. Knowledge: Basic understanding of insulation materials tools and techniques (training is usually provided for helpers). Team Player: Willingness to work under supervision and assist skilled workers. Work Conditions: Comfortable working in cold environments outdoors or at heights. Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; basic understanding of workplace safety signs and labels.
