Job Summary
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
Experience in utilities fertilizer power plant port cement mining or heavy industrial plant.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain cooling towers boilers air compressors diesel engines pumps valves and gearboxes*.
Maintain conveyors reclaimers ship loaders storage tanks and product handling systems.
Perform preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance.
Carry out equipment inspection repair alignment and overhauling.
Follow PTW LOTO and HSE procedures.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating and static mechanical equipment.
Maintain pumps compressors blowers fans turbines valves vessels exchangers and piping.
Carry out equipment installation removal and reinstallation activities.
Read and understand mechanical drawings isometrics and datasheets.
Inspect work quality and rectify identified mechanical faults.
