Job Summary
- Mechanical maintenance and Troubleshooting activities in the continuous operation plants for all major types of rotating and static mechanical equipment.
- Installation removal fixing back and maintenance of Pumps & Blowers compressors fans Turbines all types of Valves Vessels Columns Exchangers Pipes and other static equipment.
- Carry out maintenance activity independently as necessary. Handling different types of tools used for maintenance activities and work in high elevation with adequate safety protective equipment.
- Check work quality and take corrective action to rectify the detected faults through the work examination methods and standards.
- Thorough understanding of the Isometrics mechanical drawings and datasheets.
- Cleaning preserving & maintaining the removed parts of the equipment.
- Record keeping in CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
- Good HSEQ (health safety environment & quality) record in his past working.
- Read understand and execute the jobs as per standard operating procedure/ work instruction.
- Comply with all relevant procedures comprising of Occupational Health and Safety Quality Environment Responsible Care IFA Product Stewardship & energy Management System.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 06 years relevant and hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry.
- Technicians shall have working level proficiency of Read Write speak and Understand competency in English language.
- Shall be well familiar with the hazardous chemicals / materials used in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry their hazards and safe practices to perform the Installation/Maintenance activity safely.
- Shall always adhere to the Safety requirements.
- Shall have knowledge about PTW (permit to work) system in large scale industries and shall pass COMPANYs PTW as well as PTW acceptance authorization post training assessment tests.
- Shall understand and work within the framework of COMPANYs Maintenance HSEQ Policy procedures and regulations.
Required Skills:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 06 years relevant and hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry.
