Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Mechanical Inspectors for Qatar with strong expertise in rotating and stationary equipment inspection. Candidates must possess GCC experience and strong QA/QC inspection knowledge within industrial or oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection activities for rotating and stationary equipment.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and project specifications.
- Conduct mechanical inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for inspection approvals.
- Monitor equipment installation maintenance and testing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in rotating equipment inspection
- Experience in stationary equipment inspection
- QA/QC inspection knowledge
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of international inspection standards
- GCC project experience
Preferred Skills
- Oil & Gas industry exposure
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience as Mechanical Inspector
- Experience in industrial refinery or oil & gas projects preferred
Education
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
