Job Summary

* Administer and maintain the CMMS for maintenance activities.

* Plan schedule track and close maintenance work orders.

* Maintain accurate asset equipment and maintenance records.

* Prepare maintenance reports dashboards and KPIs.

* Analyze maintenance data using advanced Microsoft Excel.

* Support preventive predictive and corrective maintenance planning.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Computer Engineering or related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance system administration or planning.

* Strong hands-on experience with CMMS systems.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas pivot tables and reporting.

* Good understanding of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance.

* Strong English communication analytical and organizational skills.

Required Skills:
