Learning & Development Specialist Training Analyst

We are seeking experienced Learning & Development / Training professionals to support organizational learning training-needs analysis and employee-development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills gaps.

Develop annual and periodic training plans.

Design and coordinate learning and development programs.

Develop and/or deliver soft-skills and professional-development training.

Coordinate internal and external training providers.

Analyse training participation effectiveness and outcomes.

Maintain training records reports and statistics.

Support training budgets and related administrative processes.

Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Psychology or related discipline.

Postgraduate Business/HR qualification preferred.

Minimum 6 years relevant Learning & Development experience.

Strong experience in training-needs analysis and program evaluation.

Soft-skills facilitation/training delivery experience highly desirable.

Familiarity with ERP/HR systems ISO and risk requirements advantageous.

Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.
