Land Surveyor
Job Summary
Contract: 1 Month (Extendable)
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Land Surveying Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Civil Construction Works
Precast Construction Works
Conduct land and site surveys for civil and precast construction projects.
Establish and verify control points benchmarks and reference lines.
Perform setting out leveling alignment and as-built surveys.
Interpret and work from construction drawings and survey plans.
Ensure accurate measurement of distances elevations and coordinates.
Coordinate with site engineers project managers and foremen.
Monitor and verify site layouts to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
Prepare and submit survey reports records and as-built drawings.
Maintain and calibrate survey equipment (Total Station GPS Auto Level).
Ensure surveying activities comply with project specifications and safety standards.
Proficient in using Total Station GPS Auto Level and surveying software.
Strong knowledge of civil and precast construction practices.
Good understanding of site coordinates leveling and setting-out methods.
Ability to work independently and accurately under site conditions.
Experience in large-scale civil or precast projects
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and layout drawings
