Job Summary
We are hiring a Jr. Mechanical Engineer for Qatar with experience in erection works and GCC project exposure. The candidate will support mechanical installation site coordination and execution activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise mechanical erection and installation activities at project sites
- Coordinate with site engineers supervisors and contractors
- Ensure project execution as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor safety compliance during erection activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving site-related issues
- Prepare daily progress reports and documentation
- Support project completion within deadlines
- Experience in mechanical erection works
- GCC experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings and site execution
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Construction projects
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- 25 years of relevant experience in erection works
- GCC experience preferred
- Diploma / BE / in Mechanical Engineering
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
