Job Summary
How your day looks like:
Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants bars and events.
Support service during breakfast lunch dinner and banquets ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Prepare tables mise-en-place and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
Greet and engage with guests providing attentive service and handling requests with care.
Learn and apply service standards upselling techniques and menu knowledge.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Observe and practice proper handling of food beverages and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
Support the team during events themed nights and special promotions.
Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.
Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.
