Job Summary

* Install inspect calibrate and maintain instrumentation and control equipment.

* Troubleshoot and repair field instruments sensors transmitters and control devices.

* Perform calibration and functional testing of pressure temperature flow and level instruments.

* Maintain and troubleshoot control valves actuators and associated instrumentation systems.

* Carry out loop checks signal verification and instrument performance testing.

* Read and interpret instrumentation drawings loop diagrams and wiring schematics.

* Assist in maintaining PLC DCS and other industrial control systems where applicable.

* Maintain calibration records maintenance reports and technical documentation.

* Ensure all work complies with safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.

Requirements

* Diploma or technical qualification in Instrumentation Control Systems Electronics or a related field.

* Relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance calibration and troubleshooting.

* Knowledge of industrial instruments control valves transmitters and measurement systems.

* Familiarity with PLC/DCS systems and instrumentation loop diagrams.

* Ability to perform instrument testing calibration and preventive maintenance.

* Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and technical standards.

Required Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 35 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in industrial construction manufacturing or Oil & Gas environments. Hands-on experience in mechanical equipment maintenance installation troubleshooting and repair. Knowledge of pumps compressors valves bearings gearboxes hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read mechanical drawings and use hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments. Good understanding of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards. Candidates with a valid QID and immediate availability are preferred.
