Infrastructure Specialist (Hybrid Cloud & Security)

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing implementing securing automating and supporting enterprise-scale hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure cloud security Microsoft Defender technologies identity management virtualization backup and disaster recovery and infrastructure modernization. This role requires extensive hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure and security projects while ensuring compliance with industry security standards and governance frameworks.

• Design deploy manage secure and maintain enterprise-scale hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premises and Microsoft Azure.
• Build and support enterprise infrastructure including:

• Design and implement secure hybrid cloud architectures aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver complex infrastructure deployment migration modernization and security projects.

• Lead Data Centre migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Perform Windows Server and SQL Server migrations including modernization to Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS).
• Implement and support enterprise device management solutions.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft security solutions across hybrid environments.
• Implement Zero Trust architecture and cloud security best practices.
• Monitor optimize and secure enterprise cloud infrastructure.
• Develop technical documentation architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
• Provide Level 3/Level 4 infrastructure support and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with infrastructure cybersecurity networking and application teams to ensure secure resilient and highly available environments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience deploying and managing endpoint security cloud security and identity solutions.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale hybrid infrastructure and cloud security projects.
