Job Summary

HSE Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the contract HSE plan and Safety Management Procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with client HSE policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Manage the permit-to-work system.
  • Oversee HSE inductions toolbox talks and employee competency records.
  • Lead incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
  • Prepare monthly HSE performance reports.
  • Support environmental compliance and energy-saving initiatives.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project.


Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in HSE Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE management.
  • Experience in aviation construction or critical infrastructure preferred.
  • NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification.
  • Knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and airport safety requirements.
  • Strong experience in risk assessment investigations and HSE reporting.
  • Strong leadership and safety-culture development skills.
  • Ability to meet airport security and client compliance requirements
