Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage the contract HSE plan and Safety Management Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with client HSE policies and procedures.
- Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Manage the permit-to-work system.
- Oversee HSE inductions toolbox talks and employee competency records.
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly HSE performance reports.
- Support environmental compliance and energy-saving initiatives.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in HSE Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE management.
- Experience in aviation construction or critical infrastructure preferred.
- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification.
- Knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and airport safety requirements.
- Strong experience in risk assessment investigations and HSE reporting.
- Strong leadership and safety-culture development skills.
- Ability to meet airport security and client compliance requirements
Required Skills:
