HR Manager

Position: HR Manager
Location: Qatar
Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant HR experience with strong leadership decision-making and people management skills.
Salary: QAR 6000 per month
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the HR function for approximately 200 employees across three business units in India and overseas.
- Lead and coordinate HR operations across multiple business units and locations.
- Manage and guide a team of 5–8 managers and 2–3 HR assistants.
- Develop and implement HR policies procedures and practices aligned with business objectives.
- Handle employee relations performance management workforce planning talent acquisition and employee development.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR matters employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Take ownership of critical HR decisions and ensure effective resolution of employee-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies across relevant business locations.
- Monitor HR operations and provide regular updates to the Director on key people-related matters.
- Drive effective team management employee engagement and overall HR operational efficiency.
