Job Summary

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Housing Manager.

The Housing Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of all colleague accommodation facilities at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. This role ensures that employee housing is maintained to the highest standards of safety cleanliness comfort and compliance while promoting a positive living environment that supports colleague well-being and operational excellence.

The Housing Manager oversees accommodation assignments inspections maintenance coordination transportation services budgets and housing policies. Working closely with People & Culture Engineering Security and other hotel departments the role ensures efficient housing operations compliance with local regulations and adherence to Accor luxury brand standards. The Housing Manager also leads the housing team manages vendor relationships resolves accommodation-related concerns and implements continuous improvements to enhance the employee living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage daily operations of all employee accommodation facilities
  • Ensure housing meets health safety hygiene and company standards
  • Coordinate room allocations check-in/check-out procedures and occupancy records
  • Supervise housing staff including accommodation attendants and drivers
  • Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and repairs
  • Control housing budgets inventories and operational expenses
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Handle colleague accommodation requests complaints and disciplinary issues professionally
  • Coordinate transportation services between accommodation and hotel
  • Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance colleague satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications :

What will you bring to this role

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Hotel Management or a related field
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in housing accommodation or facilities management preferably within a luxury hotel environment
  • Previous supervisory or management experience with proven leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of accommodation operations health and safety regulations and local compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management systems
  • Experience in budgeting inventory control and vendor management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
