Job Summary

Job Title- QHSE Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Implement monitor and continuously improve QHSE policies plans and procedures.
Conduct routine site inspections safety audits and toolbox talks to ensure compliance.
Maintain critical HSE documentation including:
- Risk Assessments
- Incident and Accident Reports
- Investigation Reports
Perform Permit to Work (PTW) audits and verify compliance during active work operations using standardized checklists.
Provide support during maintenance activities and plant shutdowns.
Liaise with client representatives and on-site teams to ensure full alignment with safety requirements.
Participate in TSF area walkthroughs and ensure timely resolution of non-conformance observations.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of QHSE experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory.
In-depth understanding of IMS HSE standards and document control practices.
Exceptional communication organizational and reporting capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in remote site environments while managing multiple safety priorities efficiently.

Required Skills:
