Job Overview:
The Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installation maintenance and repair work within the shipyard and industrial sector. The role requires expertise in handling electrical systems ensuring proper wiring troubleshooting faults and maintaining safety standards in all assigned tasks.
Install maintain and repair electrical wiring systems and equipment.
Inspect electrical components such as transformers circuit breakers and control panels.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all electrical work complies with company and industry safety regulations.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints schematics and technical diagrams.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.
Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors for smooth project execution.
Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in the shipyard industrial or construction sector.
Gulf experience preferred.
Must be familiar with industrial electrical systems and tools.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and layouts.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Team-oriented disciplined and safety-conscious approach.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Salary: QAR 1570 per month.
